What We Don't Collect
- Behavioral advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or third-party analytics cookies
- Precise geolocation
- Biometric or sensory data (audio, video, fingerprints)
- Information from children under 13
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not use Authorized User data for marketing. Marketing communications are limited to business contacts who have opted in.
About Patient Information
If you are a patient, your medical information is processed by Cloud Anesthesia only on behalf of your healthcare provider, under a Business Associate Agreement. Cloud Anesthesia is not a covered entity; your provider is. For requests related to your medical records, please contact your provider directly.
Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; opt out of marketing emails; and limit use of Sensitive Personal Information (CPRA §1798.121). To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@cloud-anesthesia.com. We respond within 45 days (or sooner if required by law).
If you are an Authorized User of a customer practice, some requests may be directed through your employer, who controls the data in their instance of the Service. We will tell you when this is the case and assist where possible.
